Reasons Entertainers' Marriages are crashing - Basorge Tariah Jnr

Actor-cum-comedian, Basoene Kelsey Tariah Jnr, popularly known as Basorge was asked what the causes of most celebrity failed marriages are and here's what he said.

What do you think is the cause of incessant marriage breakups?

I think most people don’t differentiate being a superstar and a spouse. Most people live their lives, in and outside as superstars, even to the closest person to them. You want everybody to see you as a superstar and your partner might not be comfortable with that.

For instance, I meet Nollywood actress, Chioma Chukwuka very often in the market. She is homely and very down to earth. She is one woman that doesn't carry the star mentality in her head. Sadly, most artistes can’t even go to the market? They can’t even go to the supermarket to buy things for themselves and for the family, not to talk of cleaning the house.

Ife neme. A Chinese man is facing trial after claiming he could exorcise ghosts from inside a woman - using his penis.
Huang Jianjun had allegedly made his young victim pay to have sex with him to banish evil ghosts that he claimed can only be caught with his manhood.

According to Chinese newspaper the Southern Metropolis Daily, the alleged victim had contacted self-proclaimed 'ghostbuster' Huang Jianjun for help after she fell for her boss at work, and she needed help seducing her boss.
She met Jianjun at a hotel room and he ordered her to strip naked on the bed for an examination.

Video: Nigerians Outraged At The Nigerian High Commission In Ottawa

The Nigerian embassy in Ottawa closed for a week without any prior notice or warning. This left dozens of Nigerians who came from all over Canada for various reasons (including renewal of passports) outside with no one to answer questions or tell them what is happening.

The Nigerians caused such a disturbance that the police were called and CBC TV got on the scene to interview the frustrated Nigerians. Apparently the Nigerian High Commission in London is no different as people have also complained of the service they receive from staff. This is really shameful.

The 2013 edition of the Nigerian Corner at the Notting Hill Carnival took place yesterday at Adela Street West London. The event was sponsored by Western Union was hosted by DJ Abass & Gbenga Adeyinka and produced by RMG and G.I Roadshow.

We are not really divorced. It’s still a work-in-progress kind of thing but we are taking it well. When its time for him to see the children, he does and when its time to return them, he does. On my part, I
have carried the children along and make them understand they are not stained because of it. I wouldn’t want them to develop a complex because of it. We didn’t design for these things to happen but they do. It's like people who have lost their parents, they didn’t plan for it but they have to move on. I watch them and I think they are doing pretty okay especially because we talk about it every time there is a reason to.

Switzerland set to produce Condoms for Children?

OMG!!! This sounds just weird. The Swiss Aids Federation has thrown its weight behind the production of condoms for children aged between 12 and 14 years old. Seriously kids of 12 - 14 year olds?

The smaller sized condoms are the result of a study by the Federal Commission on Children and Youth which revealed that teenagers in Switzerland were having unprotected sex because they could not find condoms that fit them.

The study also found that more children younger than 14 are sexually active than there was in the 1990s.
The condoms are 45 mm in diameter instead of the standard 49 to 56 mm diameter and will be distributed through schools.

The box with six condoms can also be bought at shops for $7. Speechless!

Oh my days! Seriously. Doctors have removed a 10cm long steel fork inside a man’s penis, after a sexual adventure went horribly wrong. The 70-year-old visited Canberra Hospital’s emergency department complaining of bleeding genitalia.

He then promptly admitted that he had inserted a piece of cutlery into his urethra in an attempt to satisfy himself. Unfortunately the attempt backfired and it became stuck, leaving him in considerable pain before rushing to the hospital.

Man hacks Zuckerberg's Facebook to show how much his security sucks

Wow, A Palestinian man hacked into Zuckerberg's Facebook page to demonstrate how much its security sucks. This happened after his efforts to communicate the access hole were snubbed by the company's security team on numerous occasions.

Khalil, a Palestinian white hat hacker, submitted bug reports to Facebook about a vulnerability that allowed him to post on anyone's wall. But Facebook's security team didn't do anything. So Khalil wrote on Mark Zuckerberg’s wall about it.

Last week, most blogs reported that fans spoilt Tonto Dikeh with gifts ( customized ipad and pizza) following her attempted suicidal action - well, new findings reveal that Tonto actually bought the Ipad!

Mrs Odemwigwe was asked to read an affidavit she swore to declare her age but to the amusement of all, she stuttered continuously until the governor helped in reading it for her.

The teacher when asked to repeat a sentence she didn't read well answered "make I start am afresh".

Popular fashion designer, Deola Sagoe has delved into Movies. The award-winning designer played a lead role in Kunle Afolayan's latest movie titled; October 1, as Funmilayo Ransome-Kuti; the mother of late multi-instrumentalist/Afrobeat musician, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti.

Brief Summary of the Movie: October 1

It’s September 1960, and with Nigeria on the verge of independence from British colonial rule, a northern Nigerian Police Detective, DAN WAZIRI, is urgently despatched by the Colonial Government to the trading post town of Akote in the Western Region of Nigeria to solve a series of female murders that have struck horror in the hearts and minds of the local community.

Dark skinned Ghanaian actor, Chris Attoh has announced his exit from Mnet Africa series - Tinsel.

The decision of the entrepreneur who plays the role of Kwame Mensah in the popular TV production to resign was borne out of the need to pursue other career interests.

"The last seven years on Tinsel have been an incredible journey and experience for me. Working with Mnet was phenomenal and it took a lot of deliberation but i have decided to pursue other career interests." He said via a statement.
He's expected to shoot his last scenes next month. His character will also be written out over the next few months.
