Another dead baby found near a dumpsite

God help and forgive some people. I cannot imagine how one carries full blown pregnancy for 9 months and does this. This new born baby was found dead near a dump site at Sadiku Bus Stop, Ilasamaja, close to the Oshodi-Apapa Express way.
