BBA: South Africa has fingered and Sub-Raped Nigeria - Charles Novia

Ok, by now am sure most of you must have already seen the video. Well, here's what Charles Novia had to say about Beverly Osu and Angelo's love scene in the on-going BBA. *laughing out loud*

I mentioned earlier on my facebook page that I don’t follow Big Brother Africa and that is by choice. A choice I believe lots of people have on their decoders by ignoring or disabling the channel off their bouquet. I align myself with Professor Wole Soyinka’s statement made a few years back that BBA is pervasive and debasing.

Obama releases statement following Zimmerman's verdict

The US president said:

“The death of Trayvon Martin was a tragedy. Not just for his family, or for any one community, but for America. I know this case has elicited strong passions. And in the wake of the verdict, I know those passions may be running even higher. But we are a nation of laws, and a jury has spoken. I now ask every American to respect the call for calm reflection from two parents who lost their young son. And as we do, we should ask ourselves if we’re doing all we can to widen the circle of compassion and understanding in our own communities. We should ask ourselves if we’re doing all we can to stem the tide of gun violence that claims too many lives across this country on a daily basis. We should ask ourselves, as individuals and as a society, how we can prevent future tragedies like this. As citizens, that’s a job for all of us. That’s the way to honour Trayvon Martin.”

Chilling inside account of how Globacom subjects Nigerian Employees to Slave Labour

If this actually really happens then am really shocked, more like slave trade. PSNMedia carried out a research on Globacom and how their employees are treated. Worth a read. Global System of Mobile Telecommunication (GSM), a technology that was introduced into Nigeria at the turn of the 21st century, with its attendant commercial viability and propensity for job creation has been widely acknowledged as probably the best thing to happen to Nigeria in the last 12 years.

However, all the glitz and glamour that characterize the lifestyle of the privileged staff within the swishy confines of companies in Nigeria’s telecommunication industry may be a façade after all, as latest discovery by PSN suggests that Globacom Nigeria Limited, one of the major operators in the GSM business has been running a labour camp.

"Nike (Oshinowo) will return to me" - ex-husband Tunde Soleye says

Multimillionaire medical doctor and businessman, whose marriage to former beauty queen and socialite Nike Oshinowo ended in 2012, tells Sunday Newswatch

"Adenike still remains the love of my life. I love her very much. We have been separated now for over a year but we still keep in touch. We even sometimes go out for dinner. Marriages go though their challenges. Nike got married at 41 years old so she has her ways but the things that separated us really are not irreparable. I have seen couples that broke up and made up after 35 years. Mr and Mrs Cardoso, Terry Wayas and Eno Olafisoye had about five, six years separation and they are back together. It is not the first time Nike will be leaving me, and it will not be the last. It is only that this is the first time it will be reported. Since we have been dating, we have parted ways for six good years. We started dating in 2000, in 2001 she ran away. In 2006, we came back together and got married in 2007. My first wife has three children for me and they are 33, 31 and 26 and there's a five year gap before Lauren had my 21 year old son. Lara had my 13 year old son and it was after Nike left me that I had my 10 year old boy with Omo

Read: Hilarious letter sent to the UK passport office

Dear Sirs,
I'm in the process of renewing my passport, and still cannot believe how is it that Sky Television has my address and telephone number and knows that I bought a bleeding satellite dish from them back in 1988, and yet, the Government is still asking me where I was bloody born and on what date.

Do you guys do this by hand?
My birth date you have on my pension book.
*It's on all the income tax forms I've filed for the past 30 years.
*It is on my National Health card.
*My driving licence.
*My car insurance.
*On the last eight damn passports I've had.*
It's on all those stupid customs declaration forms I've had to fill out before being allowed off the plane over the last 30 years.
*All those insufferable census forms.*
