Dead baby found near a refuse dump in Gowon Estate

Residents of the area woke up early this morning to find a new born baby stone dead near a refuse dump right before the entrance of Gowon Estate at Ponle bus stop. The new born was left there alive because two women later said they heard the cries of a baby in the early hours of this morning as they headed to the market but didn't know where it was coming from.

The baby was left there naked to battle the cold for hours. He sadly died before anyone even realized he was there. This is so not fair, what did the baby do to deserve this? Carrying your pregnancy full term and then this, I think abortion is better.
