Mariah Carey Upset Over Nicki Minaj's Being Considered As A Judge On American Idol

Twin Mom Mariah Carey is not impressed that American Idol producers are considering Nicki Minaj as a judge for the talent hunt show.

According to reports, Mariah, 42, was said to have hung up the phone when she was told about the possibility of another woman joining her on the judges table. 

However, a spokeswoman for Mariah denied the claims insisting, "This is not true. Mariah is too much of a lady to ever do such a thing". 

The news comes amid claims that American Idol bosses are struggling to decide on the best way to sort out the panel with Randy Jackson being given another role on the show being considered as an option. 

If this option pulls through, then a new male judge will be chosen to give the panel an all-fresh face outlook.
