Auto-crash: Okorocha’s life not threatened – London doctor

A London hospital currently treating injured Imo State governor, Chief Rochas Okorocha, who was involved in a near ghastly road traffic crash, weekend, has eliminated any trace of threat to his life. Commissioner for Information, Strategy, Culture and Tourism, Mr. Chinedu Offor, affirmed that Okorocha was rushed to the London hospital for further medical assessment and attention.
“It is true that the Governor had a head injury that arose from the automobile accident but the head scan ordered by the medical experts in the London hospital has proved he had no fracture of the skull,” Mr. Offor said.
The head scan also showed the governor had no internal bleeding or any problem with his brain, eyes and other relevant organs of his body. “His head is a bit sore,” Offor said.
The Commissioner said: “For now, his doctors only asked him to continue his treatment as an out-patient; he will only come back when his doctors give him a clean bill of health.”
