A Lagos High court today has lifted the injunction Chocolate City, his former music label got against Brymo last year. The justice stated this morning that, since the plantiff (Chocolate City) can be compensated at a later date, the defendant is free to carry out his duties as a singer so that none of the parties will be at a disadvantage.
The case has been adjourned till March 19, 2014.
