Nollywood star, Kate Henshaw will be sharing her fitness secrets in a workout DVD, which will be called “Kate’s Fit 4 Life”.
The fitness DVD is set to hit stores in September 2013 and will be the first in the series of work out DVDs from Kate which will be marketed both locally and internationally. See video clips below from the 'Kate's Fit 4 Life' fitness DVD.
