Professor (Mrs) Modupe Adeola Adelabu was sworn in yesterday as the new Deputy Governor of Ekiti state. A widow, Adelabu is a mother of four children, who are all successful professionals. She has five grandchildren....
She was Born in 1950 and is the former Chairperson of the State Universal Basic Educational Board(SUBEB) Ekiti State. She was the Head, Department of Educational Administration and Planning, Faculty of Education, Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU, Ile-Ife, Osun State.
Adelabu is from Ado-Ekiti, the slot of the Deputy Governor post and is the aunt of Senator Babafemi Ojudu.
